 RAA\n				\n					Peter Gallo is the Owner and Chief Appraiser of HomeSight 
 Appraisal in Charlotte and has been a residential real estate appraiser fo
 r over 30 years. He serves as 2023 Chair of the NAR Real Property Valuatio
 n Committee\, 2023 Past-Chair of the NC Realtors(R) Appraisal Section\, Re
 gion 8 NC Realtors(R) Director\, Chair of the Canopy Realtor(R) Associatio
 n Government Affairs Committee and 2023 Canopy Realtor(R) MLS Director. Pe
 ter is the co-founder and past President of the NC Real Estate Appraiser A
 ssociation and serves as a Director of the Charlotte Regional Mortgage Len

 	Dave Costner\, RAA\n				\n					Dave Costner was firstlicensed in 1983 as 
 a real estate salesmanafter graduating fromUNC-Chapel Hillwith a Bachelor 
 of Science in Biology. He worked in sales for one year before deciding tha
 t appraising was his calling and became a minority partnerat Look Real Est
 ate in Gastoniaas an agent/staff appraiser. He went out on his own in 1985
  and became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 1991 when certification b
 ecame a requirement. He has been involved in several professional organiza
 tions throughout the years including leadership in the Realtor(R) Appraisa
 l Sections both for North Carolina Realtors(R)and the National Association
  of Realtors(R). He is currentlya member of theGaston Association of Realt
 ors(R)where he was named Realtor(R) of the year in 2021and served on the B
 oard of Directors.\n			\n		\n		\n			\n				\n			\n				\n					Holly Ray\n			
 	\n					Holly Ray is the Owner of Ray Appraisals\, LLC in Asheville\, Nort
 h Carolina with more than 18 years of experience. A western North Carolina
  native\, Holly grew up in a family building supply business which shaped 
 her path toward the real estate industry. She earned her bachelors in Busi
 ness Administration and Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. Holly cur
 rently serves on the Advisory Board for the Canopy Multiple Listing Servic
 e and has previously served as the President of Ashevilles North Carolina 
 Real Estate Appraiser Association. Holly says education is key and enjoys 
 presenting to Realtors(R) and the larger real estate community.\n			\n		\n
