 allantyne and RE/MAX Executive General Manager\, leading 18 offices in Nor
 th and South Carolina. As president\, Johannes works closely with the Asso
 ciation/Canopy MLS Executive Committee\, helping to strategically plan and

 e\, Esq.\, is CEO of Canopy Realtor(R) Association\, which operates and ma

 ion. She has been honored by RISMedia as a 2022 Real Estate Newsmaker\, an
 d named one of the most powerful people in real estate in the Swanepoel Po
 wer 200 report since 2018. Prior to her appointment as CEO in 2001\, she w
 as general counsel for the Association for seven months. Before that she s
 erved as deputy executive director of the Real Estate and Building Industr
 y Coalition (REBIC)\, a Charlotte-area trade association with broad member
 ship engaged in sales\, building\, development\, finance\, management and 
 leasing of real estate.\n	Tim Sittema\, Managing Partner\, Crosland Southe
 ast\n	\n	Tim is involved in several public-private-partnership development
 s and believes this structure provides an effective mechanism to solve som
 e of the more challenging needs in under-invested communities.\n	Sittema s
 hares responsibility for the strategic growth and capital markets needs of
  the Company and he provides oversight of the Companys various development
  business lines (single-tenant\, shopping center\, market-rate multifamily
  and mixed/multi-use) and their affordable housing development efforts. He
  is involved in several Public-Private-Partnership developments and believ
 es this structure provides an effective mechanism to solve some of the mor
 e challenging needs in under-invested communities. He is also very involve
 d in philanthropic work and has a passion for using his real estate platfo
 rm to improve the fabric of the communities within which we live and work 
 while helping to expand opportunities for the less fortunate. Prior to the
  formation of Crosland Southeast\, Sittema served as President of Crosland
  Investment Services\, Croslands leasing\, asset\, and property management
  service business unit. Prior to joining Crosland\, he served as President
  of Sittema-Bullock Realty Partners in Denver\, Colorado.\n	Dr. Yongqiang 
 Chu\, Director of the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate and the Child
 ress Klein Distinguished Professor of Real Estate and Urban Economics and 
 Professor of Finance at the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business\n	\n	Dr
 . Chu is the primary author of the 2022 State of Housing in Charlotte Repo
 rt and will discuss the primary divers contributing to the lack of afforda
 ble housing in the region. \n	Chu conductsresearch in real estate\, corpor
 ate finance\, and banking. His research has appeared in many top finance\,
  real estate\, and economics journals\, including Journal of Finance\,Revi
 ew of Financial Studies\, Journal of Financial Economics\, Management Scie
 nce\, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis\, Review of Economic 
 Dynamics\, andReal Estate Economics. He is the principal author of the ann
 ual State of Charlotte Housing Reports. Chu obtained his bachelors degree 
 from Peking University\, his masters degree from National University of Si
 ngapore\, and his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Before j
 oining UNC Charlotte\, he was an associate professor at the University of
