 ies. Alexia also leads NARs ACT! initiative\, which emphasizes Accountabil
 ity\, Culture Change\, and Training to advance fair housing in the industr
 y. Before joining NAR\, Alexia worked in fair housing enforcement at HUD\,
  on the staff of Congressman John Conyers\, Jr.\, and with nonprofit civil
