  Adrienne Hua\, Lead Principal Researcher at the Charlotte Regional Busine
 ss Alliance (CLT Alliance)\, as she shares details on the regions economy 
 including trends in the regions population and demographics\, whats drivin
 g the growth in the region\, growing industries and what resources the CLT
  Alliance has to offer small business owners.\n	\n		About the Speaker:\n	\
 n		Adrienne Hua\, PhD holds a doctoral degree from the University of North
  Carolina in Charlotte in Public Policy. Her experience includes research 
 in a variety of topics including economic development\, international fina
 ncial systems and human rights. Through her work with local stakeholders\,
  including Mecklenburg County and other non-profits\, she provided researc
 h on current trends for certain health-related and social policies\, and p
 rovided input to help direct future action for results-based projects.\n	\
