 		\n		\n			Start the morning with conversation in the lobby\, then head in
 to the ballroom for a delicious lunch.\n		\n			\n		\n			2020 President Joh
 n Kindbom will share his vision for the future\, whichwill be followed by 
 an exciting presentation by Dr. Lawrence Yun\, the National Association of
  REALTORS(R) (NAR) chief economist and senior vice president of research.\
 n		\n			\n		\n			Dr. Yun will discussrecent developments in the housing ma
 rket (nationally and locally) and provide aforecast of the economy and the
  housing market.\n	\n	\n		\n			\n		\n			\n				About Dr. Yun\n			\n				\n		
 	\n				Dr. Lawrence Yun oversees and is responsible for a wide range of re
 search activity for NAR\, including NARs Existing Home Sales statistics\, 
 Affordability Index\, and Home Buyers and Sellers Profile Report. He regul
 arly provides commentary on real estate market trends for its 1.3 million 
 REALTORS(R).\n			\n				\n			\n				Dr. Yun creates NARs forecasts and parti
 cipates in many economic forecasting panels\, among them the Blue Chip Cou
 ncil and the Wall Street Journal Forecasting Survey. He also participates 
 in the Industrial Economists Discussion Group at the Joint Center for Hous
 ing Studies of Harvard University. He appears regularly on financial news 
 outlets\, is a frequent speaker at real estate conferences throughout the 
 United States\, and has testified before Congress. Dr. Yun has appeared as
  a guest on CSPANs Washington Journal and is a regular guest columnist on 
 the Forbes website and The Hill\, an inside the beltway publication on pub
 lic affairs.\n			\n				\n			\n				Dr. Yun received his undergraduate degre
 e from Purdue University and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Maryl
 and at College Park.\n		\n	\n	\n		\n
